TCL digital delivers solutions to help you save time (for the more important stuff in life!)

The back story

After 25 years living the 9 to 5 corporate life coupled with being a working mum over the last 10 years I’ve hit the life stage where I need to mix things up and find a better life and work to live, not live to work!

I want to spend more time with my children and prioritise my health and wellbeing so I can be more present and watch my children grow up.

I recently experienced some pretty major burn out in all aspects of my life so it was essential for me to re-evaluate where I was at and make some changes.

I’m still keen to work hard but also establish more freedom and balance and focus on living a more simple life. The world has gone pretty crazy over the last few years so I’ve decided I want to be kinder to myself – which will also help me be kinder to others!

So I’ve secured some part time work and am trying my hand at freelancing on the side and start pursuing my digital nomad lifestyle dreams.

My credentials

Check out my LinkedIn profile for more details of my professional experience.

Combined with a business degree from Edith Cowan University in marketing and communications, I have some substantial digital marketing experience and some of it is pretty retro as I was involved in designing and implementing some of the first WA Government websites and social media pilots!

I’ve been fortunate enough to travel around the world extensively as both a child and an adult having lived and worked in London, United Kingdom to add another feather in my bow.

Following that I tried the ‘douth’ lifestyle and studied oenology (wine science) in Margaret River while living in Yallingup, Western Australia.

I have diverse experience in the public, not for profit and private sectors in various industries such as tourism, international education, planning and transport.

I love developing efficient systems, setting up automation, solving prickly problems with clever technological solutions and I have figured out how to best collaborate and communicate with tech people.

I’m also a staunch advocate for enabling teams with online project management tools especially since we all work remotely regularly now and have decentralised teams located all around the globe.

In my spare time, I love wine, coffee and the beach plus singing but mostly – travelling with my family and being in nature where possible! Plus cheese and watching Christmas movies. And cooking. Oh and pilates!

So if you think our values align and you would like to perhaps work together, feel free to reach out to me. I’d love to hear from you!
